Our engineers design the product and oversee the manufacturing process, making sure every step is done right.
Tooling Workshop
Our professional engineers complete 30 sets of tooling for our customers every month, helping them save time and win the market.
Injection Workshop
Our injection workshop is equipped with 10 injection machines ranging from 80 tons to 300 tons to satisfy customer needs.
Quality Control Team
Our QC team carries out rigorous quality control from raw materials through semi-finished products to mass production.
Spray and Paint Workshop
Equipped with 100 spray painting stations and 5 production lines to enhance our decorating capabilities.
Pad Printing Workshop
There are 30 multi-colour pad printing machines which enhance our multi-colour printing capabilities.
Assembly and Packing Workshop
Our assembly & packaging workshop has 5 production lines with a clear instruction sheet for everyone to ensure they understand their role.
Warehouse
Our warehouse has an inventory record of everything that comes in and goes out, the warehouse staff monitor the space and environment and ensure that the finished product is ready for shipment.
